Great condo in a great location. Pool was just out the back door, beach was a short walk, and we were within minutes of everything on the island. Kitchen was so well stocked, everything was clean, and decor was super cute. My kids and I had a great time and would definitely recommend!

Dawn’s condo is very clean and well maintained. The location provides easy access to the beach and pool area. Check-in was a breeze and everything was as advertised. We had a very relaxing stay and a super fun time at the pool and beach. I highly recommend!

Everything was clean, and just as pictured! Layout of the home is great for families, and everyone had plenty of their own space. Location is super convenient to the beach and town, easily golf cart-able.

Amazing place for a family of six. Easy beach access which made for early morning and late night walks. The condo is equipped with all your needs in the kitchen, and the barbecue pit is right off the backyard. We enjoyed our second four day stay here this summer!

This house was amazing! The pictures don’t give it justice. So clean and roomy. It was a perfect location right by the beach. The host was very responsive. It was definitely the cutest house we’ve ever stayed at! We will definitely be back!

The space was better than described. The photos do no justice. Super clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was available. Dawns communication is second to none. I had a few questions and she was quick to reply and help. I definitely recommend her space!

Dawn’s condo was perfect for my kids and I! The location was exactly what i was hoping for. With a 5, 8 and 16 year old I didn’t want it to be stressful getting to the beach each day. The condo was just a few short minutes to the beach by foot. Being able to walk there and drink my coffee as the sun was rising was a beautiful experience! Everything we needed for making food was there, beds were comfy and the whole experience for me and my kids was amazing! Thank you Dawn for a perfect condo for my family’s first beach vacation!

What a great place. Very easy access to the beach. The pool is outside the back door. Rent a golf cart and toddle around town. Being on the bottom floor makes it easy to carry your stuff in. The condo was very clean and the AC worked amazingly. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Port A.

Absolutely amazing experience. Dawn communicates so quickly when you have questions or need help above and beyond the rental. Great location to beach and great amenities for relaxing, fishing, playing sports, or hanging with family.

Dawn’s place was great for our family of six. We walked to the beach every morning and evening, and after some fun in the ocean we enjoyed swimming in the pool. We loved that this little retreat had its own back patio with a gate so we could easily rinse off and enjoy the breeze. We will definitely book here again! There is also a covered patio table and grill right off the back porch; great for grilling!

Dawn’s place was absolutely perfect! Walking distance to the beach, close proximity to lots of restaurants and bars. Easy check-in, wonderful communication and even had wonderful suggestions for where to eat getting there, etc. Can’t wait to come back and stay again and complete the list of amazing things that we didn’t get to do!

We really loved staying here! Love being able to walk right over to the beach. You can tell how much Dawn enjoys hosting by all of the special touches throughout the space. The decor is well thought out and made us feel very welcome and cared about. We love the soft-closing kitchen drawers and lids in the bathroom. Laundry is close by and office staff is very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again next time we are in Port Aransas.

What a beautiful property and wow, location, locations, location!! We had a wonderful time, the condo was perfect, the property from top to bottom was impeccable. The security at the front gate were helpful and made us feel welcome and secure. We had an amazing spring break!

Dawn was an incredible host and quickly answered any questions we had — plus she gave us some stellar recommendations. (We were in Port A for a girl’s getaway and we loved the space so much (and the easy access to the beach) — we really didn’t venture out much. We cooked almost every meal in the kitchen (plenty of cook’s tools and containers). Very very clean place. (lovely courtyard with grill stations and swimming pool). Excellent property!! (And we think we know lol. One of our girls is a ‘superhost’ in Austin.)
